Sausage-Apple Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. thick applesauce
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. sausage
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9x5x3 inch pan and line bottom with greased waxed paper.
In large bowl beat eggs with seasonings and mustard.
Stir in bread crumbs, applesauce and onion.
Add half the sausage and work with your hands or a fork, until evenly mixed.
Work in remaining meat and firmly press into pan. Lay a sheet of foil over top and bake in center of oven for 1 hour.
Remove foil and drain fat.
Continue baking, uncovered for 45 minutes more.
