Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces) (undrained)
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Rinse frozen peas and carrots under running water until separated; drain.
Mix peas and carrots with remaining ingredients (except chips) in ungreased casserole or baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Sprinkle with chips.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
