Chicken Maryland(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    pinch of salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Preparation
    In skillet, saute chicken in 3 teaspoons butter until brown and tender, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Remove to hot platter.
    Stir flour into pan drippings.
    Add milk.
    Stir until thickened.
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoon butter in saucepan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in sherry.
    Add white sauce to mushroom mixture. Serve sauce over chicken.
