No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. scalded milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs and half of flour and yeast mixture.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Blend in remaining flour.
    Place in oiled bowl.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Form into rolls.
    Score each roll; brush with melted butter or margarine.
    Fold over and place in oiled pan and brush tops.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
