Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 stick butter
    5 lemons, sliced very thin
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Saute peppers, onions and celery in butter.
    Add shrimp mixture.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and completely cover with lemon slices.
    Cook, covered, for about 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 6. May be frozen ahead.
