Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can onion soup
    1/2 c. brandy
    1 c. water
    carrots (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in covered casserole dish in 325\u00b0 oven for 3 to 4 hours.
    Fifteen minutes before serving, add one can of mixed vegetables and small whole carrots.
