Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 carrot, shredded
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. tarragon (optional)
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Saute broccoli, onion and carrots in butter until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in milk and soup and cook until tender.
