Hamburger Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    6 to 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    10 to 12 oz. Italian sauce or tomato sauce plus 1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and salt in oil; drain.
    In 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, layer as follows:
    zucchini, half of meat mixture, mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese and remaining meat mixture. Pour tomato sauce over.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
