Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, bite size pieces
    2 large potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 carrots, cut in coins
    1 c. broccoli (may use 1 c. frozen peas)
    4 c. water or chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients except chicken
    and
    soup in water or chicken broth for 20 minutes.
    Turn off
    heat
    and add soup and chicken.
    Pour mixture into 15 x 9-inch
    or
    pie
    pan that has been lined with pie crust (I use
    Already
    Pie
    Crust in a refrigerator case) and cover with
    second crust.
    Crimp edges. Cook according to crust directions.
    Serves 6 to 8.
