Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar.
Add oil and beat.
Sift dry ingredients.
Beat into creamed mixture.
Stir in pumpkin and vanilla.
Mix well.
Turn into 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured).
Bake in a 350\u00b0 (preheated) oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
