Nicoise Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 Tbsp. Dijon style prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt and cayenne
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. safflower oil
Preparation
    Whisk together until smooth.
    Toss with cooked green beans and potatoes, fresh tomato slices, olives and croutons.
    Makes 1 cup. Stores up to 1 month.
