French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 cup butter or 1 stick margarine
    2 cans coconut
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, flour, buttermilk, vanilla, and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
