Johann-Strauss Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. fresh spinach, julienned
    3 oz. white chicken meat
    1 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 oz. crabmeat (real or fake)
    1/4 avocado, sliced (can be omitted)
    2 oz. French dressing
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    garnish (orange slice topped with strawberry)
Preparation
    Cover bottom of salad bowl with spinach.
    Add chicken, crab, mushrooms and avocado.
    Add French dressing or other and toss well.
    Sprinkle with chopped egg.
    Add garnish.
