Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cans chili beans
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 large cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat.
    Drain fat.
    Cook green pepper, onion and celery until almost tender in a small amount of oil or butter. Combine meat, veggies and remaining ingredients.
    Simmer all together until flavors are well blended.
    The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
