Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 can chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
sliced water chestnuts, if desired
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts until tender.
Tear or cut into small pieces.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Mix all ingredients together and pour in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
If you like, Parmesan cheese may be shaken over the top of the casserole just before serving.
