Scalloped Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 yellow squash
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs (equivalent of 2 slices)
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. onion, cut up fine
    2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Cook squash until soft (I peel and cut into quarters and cut out seeds).
    Add egg, butter, onion and seasonings to mashed squash and mix well.
    Add cream and bread crumbs and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown (I use a long Pyrex dish).
