Baked Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf challah or egg bread
    8 eggs
    3/4 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chives
Preparation
    Tear bread into chunks and put into greased casserole.
    Melt butter.
    Pour over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat the rest of the ingredients together.
    Pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover and brown.
