Ingredients

2 c. pecan halves
1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
Preparation

Put pecans in a large bowl. Put in unbeaten egg white.
Mix well with spoon until all halves are coated with egg white.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt, then sprinkle over mixture.
Mix well again.
Pour on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
