Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. butter
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium heat until transparent.
    Add beef and cook until brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
    Mix well.
    Cool 5 minutes and add sour cream; stir well.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with paprika (optional).
