Cranberry-Orange Muffins(Or Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. orange juice and grated rind
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or substitute
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. whole raw cranberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Then add remaining ingredients, folding together carefully.
    Bake in muffin pan at 325\u00b0
    about 20 to 25 minutes; for bread, 60 minutes or so.
