Honey-Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large carrots, cut diagonally
3 Tbsp. honey
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, bring carrots, honey and 1 cup water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover with lid slightly ajar and simmer until water is evaporated and carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.
