Greek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer
juice of 2 lemons
salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove of garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can water
1 small can tomato paste
Preparation

Wash fryer well; season inside and out with salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice (must use fresh lemons) and garlic.
Brush with olive oil; dot with butter over breast and legs.
Mix water with paste.
Place chicken in pan and drip tomato mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Lower to 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Baste often.
