Carrots And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 mushrooms, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
Preparation
    Slice carrots diagonally into thin slices.
    Combine butter, oil, onion and garlic in skillet and saute for 1 minute.
    Add carrots, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Simmer, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
    Serve hot.
