Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
juice of 3 lemons
grated peeling of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Mix and cook until thick.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell.
