Chile Con Queso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until all the cheese has melted.
    Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite chips.
