Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (21 oz.) brownie mix
    2 pkg. chocolate pudding
    12 oz. whipped dessert topping
    1 pkg. English toffee bits
    nuts
Preparation
    Prepare brownie mix and pudding according to package directions, except don't chill pudding.
    Layer half each brownie, pudding topping, toffee and nuts.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
