Baked Creole Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplants, diced
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 c. raw peeled shrimp
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. butter
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil eggplants until soft.
    Saute onion, shrimp and celery in butter.
    Combine with eggplant.
    Put in baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
