Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes
    8 to 10 hot peppers (chopped fine)
    2 red bell peppers (chopped fine)
    2 large onions (chopped fine)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and cut tomatoes.
    Remove most seeds from tomatoes.
    Drain tomatoes.
    Make enough tomatoes to make 1 gallon.
    Put drained tomatoes and all other ingredients into a large pot and let it boil slowly for approximately 2 hours or until it reaches the consistency for easy dipping with tortilla chips, etc.
    Salsa may be put into jars and sealed tightly.
    Makes about 5 pints.
