Cheese-Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 oz. chopped frozen spinach
4 Tbsp. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. part-skim Ricotta cheese
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
4 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
nonstick cooking spray
1/3 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture. In a large bowl, mix next seven ingredients.
Fill each shell with 1/4 of cheese mixture.
