Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and add enough flour to make a soft bread dough.
    Put in large bowl and cover with a towel. Put in a warm place and let rise until twice its size.
    Put on a floured surface and knead again.
    Put back in bowl, cover and let it rise to twice its size again.
    Knead again and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.
