Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread (any kind)
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Brown and drain sausage.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture in baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cheese will rise to top.
    May be made the night before, covered and refrigerated.
