Beef And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats or bread
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    snipped parsley or dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine carrots, potatoes, onion, bell pepper, 3/4 teaspoon salt and first 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Add 1/2 of the soup, bread crumbs (oats) and the other salt and pepper.
    Add meat.
    Mix well. Form into a loaf.
    Place atop vegetables.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
