Ingredients

2 1/2 c. bread flour
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. yeast
7/8 c. warm water
1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 medium jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients,
except vinegar and jalapeno peppers, kneading
thoroughly.
Cover and allow to rise for 30 to 45
minutes.
Knead
in vinegar and chopped peppers.
Allow to rise for
another hour or so.
Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
