Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

tortillas
cheese
onion
chili sauce
Preparation

Fry tortillas in 1/2-inch hot fat.
Place a fried tortilla on a plate.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped onion.
Cover with chili sauce.
Place another tortillas on top.
Repeat with cheese and onion.
Pour chili sauce over top.
Three layers may be used if desired.
A fried egg may be served on top.
Bake in preheated gas oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and enchiladas are hot.
