Stuffing For Chicken, Etc. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. margarine
    6 oz. fresh white breadcrumbs
    2 tsp. herbs (thyme and parsley or mixed herbs)
    finely grated rind of a lemon
    4 oz. mushrooms, washed and chopped
    1 egg to bind
    salt
Preparation
    Rub margarine into breadcrumbs.
    Add herbs, lemon rind, mushrooms and seasoning and bind with beaten egg.
