Mildred'S Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

2 large cans chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Spread pineapple in oleo coated casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.
Spread cheese over flour-sugar mixture.
Crush Ritz crackers over cheese. Cut oleo into small pieces; dot over Ritz crackers.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Good with ham or venison.
