Mexican Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. hot chili sauce
1/4 c. butter
8 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Cook ham, green pepper, onion and chili sauce until tender. Blend in eggs.
Cook over a low heat until eggs are set.
Stir gently now and then.
