Concord Grape Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grapes
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 double pie crust
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Slip skins from grapes.
Bring pulp to boiling, press through sieve to remove seeds.
Add skins and sugar mixed with flour, salt, and lemon.
Fill crust and dot with butter.
Add top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
