Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder together.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add to flour mixture with Crisco and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Knead lightly on floured board.
    Wrap in see-through paper.
    Place in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    Use as needed.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Dough will keep up to 2 weeks.
