Garlic Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cake Velveeta cheese, grated
1 pkg. (small) cream cheese
1 c. nuts, ground
1 clove garlic, ground

Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix well.
This is most easily done by using your hands.
Roll as for icebox cookies and wrap in wax paper that has been sprinkled with paprika.
When chilled, slice and serve with crackers.
Makes about 40 slices.
