Harvard Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    5 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    can green beans or wax beans, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion.
    Saute until tender.
    Mix cornstarch and sugar.
    Blend vinegar.
    Add water and stir into butter and onion until mixture thickens.
    Add to heated beans.
