Sweet Potato Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet potatoes, pared and sliced 1/8\" thick
    1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    l. In medium bowl, pour ice water over potatoes to cover; stir in sugar and 1/4 tsp. of the salt. Let stand 30 minutes.
