Fresh Asparagus(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh asparagus (any color)
    boiling salted water
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 large egg, hard-cooked
Preparation
    Wash asparagus spears and trim off tough ends.
    Place asparagus in boiling, salted water and cook until tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
    Drain off liquid.
