Peach "No Egg" Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packets Knox unflavored gelatine
    2/3 qt. half and half
    1 1/2 qt. milk (3%)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. \"pure sweet\" sugar
    2 to 3 c. fresh peaches (ripe)
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Add boiling water to completely dissolve the gelatine.
    Place all ingredients (except peaches), including gelatine mixture, in blender; thoroughly blend.
