Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
olive oil
oregano
water
Preparation

Cut up artichoke hearts in quarters.
Mix with olive oil and bread crumbs to desired consistency.
Add cheese and oregano to taste.
Add water, about 1/4 cup so that it doesn't dry out.
Cook in microwave about 10 minutes on Medium.
If not hot enough, cook last minute or two on High.
Do not burn or dry out by overcooking.
