Ingredients

1 (5 to 6 lb.) roast beef
2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Coat roast with Kitchen Bouquet and seal in foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Reduce heat before you leave for church to 250\u00b0; when you get home you will have a juicy, done roast ready to eat.
