Beef Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, toasted and finely crumbled
    1/4 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2/3 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put bread and water in a bowl. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well and shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.
    Cook in greased frying pan over medium heat, turning once on both sides.
