Rosie'S Hot Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground meat
    2 oz. cumin
    2 oz. salt
    2 oz. minced onion
    2 lb. yellow corn flour
    2 oz. minced garlic
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 (8 oz.) c. cornmeal
    1 (8 oz.) c. chili pepper
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except corn flour, then roll out tamales to the size you prefer (three-inch tamales is my choice). Coat tamales by rolling in corn flour.
    It should make 20 dozen. Put tamales in a large pan.
