Creamy Cole Slaw(40 Calories Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. fresh or 2 tsp. freeze-dried chives
    2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. finely shredded green cabbage (about 1/2 head)
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk, chives, sour cream, lemon juice, caraway seed, salt and pepper in a large glass or plastic bowl.
    Add cabbage, carrot and onion.
    Toss.
    Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
