Letcho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 can whole tomatoes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice bacon into strips or squares and fry; drain off half of the fat.
    Add chopped onion and peppers.
    Fry until soft.
    Add can of tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes or so.
    Salt to taste. This Hungarian dish can be eaten like soup or with rice, noodles or crusty bread.
